Pre-sales Service:
Before the order is placed, our sales engineers would listen to the clients and make it clear what’s their requirements in every details, then, sign the technical docs for confirmation, then we proceed the producing procedures;
In-sales Service:
During production before vehicle delivery date, we keep connected with clients on updated procedure news; when vehicle (truck body) is about to be ready to deliver, we’d inform the clients or the third party inspection agency to come to our factory to pick up the vehicles.
Truck body CKD assembly project would be more complicated than complete vehicle or truck body in CBU, we’d make it clear to the clients in advance that materials packaging way, from big panels to even as small as the rivets, we’d ensure all the parts and accessories would be packed in a right method, all items are right, each quantity is right, all parts and accessories are loaded into the containers in complete set. Thus, the clients can start working regularly since the first container launched.
After-sales Service:
We set up regional parts stocks with clients in a sound quantity, thus prompt parts delivery would be ensured when it is required.
